Pillar 2 – AI Literacy
Free access for all Marion County Schools.
- Tier 1: AI Fundamentals (2 hours): Introduction to AI concepts, ethics, bias, and practical problem-solving.
- Tier 2: AI Specialist (24 hours): Hands-on prompt engineering, AI applications, and real-world projects.
- Tier 3: AI Expert (Monthly): Specialized applications, emerging technologies, and industry focus.

Year 1
(Freshman/Sophomore) The Prospect
Phase: Foundational Year (School-day delivery)
What Happens: Take ENTR 100 (Entrepreneurial Mindset), attend AI Fundamentals (2 hours), identify your pathway of interest, and enter your first pitch competition.
The Outcome: Earn your first 3 college credits, build foundational skills, and gain clarity on your career pathway.
Year 2
(Junior) The Developing Player
Phase: Specialization Year (School-day + evening workshops)
What Happens: Take ENTR 105 and 200, choose your pathway specialization (Trades, Tech, Healthcare, etc.), complete AI Specialist training (24 hours), and begin real project work.
The Outcome: Reach 9 college credits total, build a real project portfolio piece, and begin developing specialized industry skills.
Year 3
(Senior) The Elite Prospect
Phase: Launch Year (School-day + intensive workshops + external placement)
What Happens: Complete remaining ENTR courses, finalize pathway (apprenticeship, internship, CNA cert, or business launch), attend monthly AI Expert workshops, and pitch at regional competitions.
The Outcome: Graduate with 18 college credits (Entrepreneurship Certificate), an industry certification or job offer, a professional network, and your chosen pathway officially launched.
Year 4+
The Professional
Phase: Career Acceleration
What Happens: Step directly into $40K-$70K+ roles across Skilled Trades, Tech, Healthcare, or scale your own business.
Alumni Support: Access ongoing mentorship, continued education resources, and business scaling support through our alumni network.
